Ecological impact assessments
Ecological impact assessments are conducted in order to
comply with the guidelines set out by the provincial, national or international
legislation, as well as the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance
Standards (most relevant for biodiversity being IFC Performance Standard 6).
The ecological assessment can be presented either as an ecology chapter within
an Environmental Statement or as a separate report. Hudson Ecology can prepare
